About Me

Welcome to Lis Dick Pilates, i have been a member of the fitness industry since 2001. I started out teaching exercise to music,walk leader,chi ball and many of the Les Mills programmes by the time i reached my mid fifties i needed to find another form of exercise, one that would maintain my strength without the many stresses on the body often found in other fitness techniques. It was then i discovered pilates!

Over 60 Gentle Pilates
A slower paced class focusing on balance, co-ordination, strength and posture.
Perfect for those new to exercise.
6:00 - 7:00 pm

Pure Stretch
We love pilates and pure stretch makes it even better.
Spend a little more time lengthening those muscles and you'll be rolling like a ball like never before.
Pure stretch will focus on your tight areas, it will mobilise your body. You may be amazed at how your pilates will improve.

Improver Pilates
For when you are ready to work a little harder

Trigger Point Pilates
Welcome to Trigger Point Pilates, a class that has been created from years of clinical myofascial work and Pilates developed by Lydia Campbell, a fitness expert with over 40 years experience.
Release your body from the inside out.

Intermediate +
A more challenging class working towards the classical matwork
7:00 - 8:00 pm

The next stage from improvers.
6:30 - 7:30 pm

All Levels Pilates
Suitable for beginners and those with injuries.
9:30 - 10:30 am

Level 1-2 Beginners
The journey starts here with the foundation exercises to build flexibility and release muscle tension.
Pilates elongates and strengthens, improving muscle elasticity and joint mobility. A body with balanced strength and flexibility is less likely to be injured.
